There are some videos on how to set up equipment profiles. This is done by either editing your mash profile by ticking the box 'Brew in a Bag' or by going to Tools/Options/Advanced Options and adjusting the Grain Absorption down from 0.96 to something lower. If your actual loss is less than the number in the profile then you will end up with too much liquid. You can adjust Beersmith to solve the excessive sparging recommendation.
